Day 1

Arrival at Dehradun

Your 4 Dham Yatra Package by Helicopter tour begins on your arrival at Dehradun. Our representative will receive you from the railway station or the airport. You will be accommodated at a comfortable hotel for a one-night stay. There is a tour briefing in the evening at 8:30 PM. This briefing provides important information regarding the Char Dham Helicopter Tour such as safety guidelines and baggage policy. One is allowed to carry only 5 kg in a duffel bag. The briefing is highly necessary in order to facilitate a smooth and well-planned tour.

Day 2

Dehradun to Yamunotri

The Char Dham helicopter tour starts early morning at 6:00 AM from Sahastradhara Helipad in Dehradun. Visitors reach Kharsali Helipad in Yamunotri after a panoramic 30-minute flight. Guests then go for a 6 km trek to Yamunotri Temple, which can be done on foot, by palki, or pony. After prayers and blessings, guests return to Kharsali, where visitors check into the hotel and enjoy the rest of the day. Guests will stay overnight in Kharsali, offering pilgrims time to relax prior to the second part of the journey.

Day 3

Yamunotri to Gangotri

On the third day, visitors depart early and board their helicopter at 6:35 AM from Kharsali. They reach Harsil Helipad, Gangotri, by 7:00 AM. They then take a picturesque 22 km ride in 50 minutes to reach the Gangotri Temple, which is one of the most sacred sites in the Char Dham by Helicopter tour. Pilgrims offer prayers at the temple and return to Harsil. They can have lunch, relax at the resort, or take an evening stroll in the local village, which is famous for its scenic views and handwoven woolen products. They overnight stay in Harsil so that they can enjoy the serene ambiance of this lovely Himalayan valley.

Day 4

Gangotri to Kedarnath

The fourth day is spent at Kedarnath, which is one of the most sacred sites in Hinduism. Guests board their helicopter at 7:30 AM from Harsil and reach Kedarnath Helipad by 8:10 AM through Guptkashi. The temple is just 500 meters away from the helipad, hence it is convenient for pilgrims to reach there and avail VIP darshan of Lord Shiva. Temple visiting would take around 2 hours, which provides sufficient time for prayers and to experience the spiritual energies of this sacred place. After darshan, guests return to Guptkashi by helicopter shuttle, and they will take a short journey to their hotel. They will stay overnight in Guptkashi or Kedarnath. It is reassuring to know that accommodations in Kedarnath are simple and shared.

Day 5

Kedarnath to Badrinath

On the fifth day, the travelers depart from Guptkashi at 8:30 AM and reach Badrinath Helipad at 9:00 AM. Upon arrival, they check-in at the hotel and proceed to the Badrinath Temple, a sacred site for Lord Vishnu. The pilgrims can relax and rejuvenate amidst the scenic surroundings of Badrinath. In the evening, they can visit Mana Village, which is the last Indian village near the China border. It is a quiet village filled with culture and history, and it is a place where everyone has to go on the Char Dham Helicopter Tour. They will stay overnight in Badrinath, which is a spiritually rewarding experience.

Day 6

Badrinath to Dehradun

The final day of the 4 Dham Yatra Package by Helicopter begins early with an optional Special Abhishek Puja at 4:30 AM at the Badrinath Temple. The special puja provides pilgrims with an opportunity to witness the Shringar Darshan of the deity up close. After this spiritual experience, guests return to their hotel for breakfast prior to departing for their helicopter at 9:05 AM for their return journey. At 10:00 AM, they arrive at Sahastradhara Helipad, Dehradun, where they will be taken to the airport or railway station for their onward journey.

GUIDELINES FOR PASSENGERS

There is very limited space for luggage in the chopper. Only 5 kg luggage per passenger will be permitted. ~ Passengers bringing excess baggage would not be allowed to take the same in the chopper.

Passengers should carry only handbags as suitcases cannot be kept in the helicopter.

All temples in Chardham are located in high altitude areas. Passengers are advice to carry regular medical kit.

At these locations, it becomes cold throughout, so passengers must carry woolen clothes with them.

Children above the age of 2 years will be considered full ticket

There is no provision of concession to children or senior citizens

All properties lodge with hot water, towels, shower and western toilets.

Terms & Conditions:
1. Available Hotel properties at Yamunotri and Kedarnath are non-star category and the stay is arranged at best amongst them. However at Harsil and Badrinath the accommodation standard is 3.5 Star.
2. The booking has to be done in advance with a deposit of 50% of the charter amount.
3. Aviation reserves the right to postpone the timings of flying subjected to weather conditions.
4. Full amount has to be deposited 14 days prior to date of journey.
5. Price is subject to change without prior notice. Please confirm in advance.

CANCELLATION & POLICY
If passengers wish to cancel their booking then they will have to pay following cancellation charges: Upto 7 days before Journey — 20% of amount

Upto 48 hours before Journey — 50% of amount Less than 48 hours before Journey — 75% of amount Less than 24 hours before Journey — No Refund

Rescheduling of booking to a next date will be done subject to availability and on payment of 10% of the cost. This will be permitted only if applied 7 days before journey date. In case the rescheduling is requested with less than 7 days to the journey then booking will be treated as cancelled and a fresh booking will be given subject to availability.

BAD WEATHER SITUATION : If you are stuck in a bad weather situation on any particular day out of the 5 days we will still try to finish the darshan on next day . In case we are completely unable to visit any dham due to bad weather situation we will refund proportionate money. This means that if due to any reason we are unable to do 2 dhams then we will refund 50% payment. If unable to do 3 Dhams then we will refund 75% and so on.
